The contemporary world has nodoubt revolutionized the methods of storing and accessing information ; invention of the Internet has turned the world into a Global Village. But when we look through the prism of unprecedented conflicts happening in the world, we can easily draw an inference that Internet has also created complexity and insecurity.

For instance, Russia and US were almost on the brink of war when US declared that its 2017 elections were hacked by Russia. Furthermore, it is not only the privacy of states that can be jeopardized but every human, linked to the internet, is vulnerable to to ciber attacks.
