Obesity is caused by three major factors; Life Style, Food and Inheritance. People who do not do daily exercise and eating high calorie, oily and spicy foods have a great chance to put more weight that leads to many diseases. Furthermore, heritage is also one of the main reason for obesity, people put on weight even if they don't eat much.
