Please correct for grammatical errors, if any!!!!!

Reference is made to your e-mail dated 14th June, 2018. I am presently in Jaunpur and attending to my father's ailments, resulting in frequent and regular visits for treatment to Varanasi. His medical condition, as per the specialists expectation, is likely to consume a few weeks time before enabling him to get back to his routine. In view of the above, I request you to grant me sufficient extension in reporting to the Regional Office for a re-consideration of posting to me, allowing me to honour your good advice. Your kind response on the subject issue is highly solicited.

Here's another opinion.

If this is the way that educated people, eg your boss, write using Indian English, I wouldn't suggest you change very much. You need two apostrophes, and I don't understand the last bold sentence.

Indian English is very different from Western English, which probably sounds very terse and rude by comparison.
