Essay & Composition Writing

Please correct for grammar and punctuation.

0 The youth (middle and high school) church school class had it's last meeting for 2006-2007 on May 13th. Most of that time was spent preparing for the lay assistant responsibilities they would have during the morning's worship service. Many comments were made following the service, and it was not surprising to hear the positive things that were said. The class has met most Sunday mornings from 9:45 to 10:30 and Pam Commings and Cathy Generis, the teachers, have had the opportunity to spend time with the members of the class; Jerry Micheals, Karen Peters, Tim and Alice Radcliff and Melanie Smith, reading scripture and discussing lessons and other topics. Weekly study has come from the Bible Lessons for Youth Curriculum. We watched and discussed the movie, Jesus Camp, and we began wiewing The Gospel of John on DVD. We, also, attended a Sturday evening concert performed by Casting Pearls, a Christian rock band. This list does not include the other activities that members of the class participate in as part of the life of the church. I think it can be said about our church, in general, but is definitely true when said about the youth class, we may be small in number, but the energy and interest levels can be compared to that of a larger group. Maybe we benefit because we get to know each other and can be less formal in our interactions. It has been a good year of getting to know each other a little better and, hopefully, furthering our knowledge and understandingof our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and our call as Christians. 0-
