Please correct and comment on my essay

Some people say that using public transport is more convenient and enjoyable than using private
transport like a car or motorcycle. What is your opinion about this?

Recently, there are more and more vehicles on our road systems than ever before, that provide people a wide range for choice of transportation. While public transport is believed to be the better choice, others claim that using their own vehicle is more enjoyable. This essay will discuss both views, and in my opinion, mass transportation is superior than individual vehicles.

On the other hand, it is understood that people will have more freedom when using their own cars or motorcycles to travel around. Since we can immediately use a car whenever we would like to, without a walk to a bus station, and waiting for the next arrival. For example, think of a child is not well on Sunday afternoon, we must take him to a hospital urgently, we cannot ask him/her to wait at a bus/train station for 30 minutes. Furthermore, using private vehicles means we can pick up items much easier. These are typical examples of the joyful use of private transportation.

On the other hand, it is well known that public transport brings us convenience and is an environmentally friendly means of commuting. Given the fact that train and bus companies are investing significantly into their fleet to provide highest services to commuters and increasing their vehicles’ carrying capacity. For instance, a modern bus can carry 50 people across city without any major issues. Recently, Public Transport Victoria not only modernised its trains to be a double-deck to increase capacity, but also ultilised new technology to enhance speed. It goes without saying, mass transportation plays an essential role in a modern society.

In conclusion, while both views are commonly held in society. I believe public transportation is the best method to travel, although it has minor issues. This essay discussed both views and also present my opinion towards the advantages of mass public transport.
