Please correct a verse

I'm a begginer and I translate Quran. I saw many translation for Quran but I would like to translate it by myself.

I translate this verse "I don't swear by the blamer spirit".

Did my translated verse has any grammatically faults.

I forgot a word, the verse will be "And I don't swear by the blamer spirit."

'the blamer spirit' discussion is that everyone of people have a self or spirit and there is a kind of selves or spirits blames its owner when he do sins, the verse said that the *** dosent swear by that kind of slves or spirits.
