Please correct

Please confirm the chapter numbers for the original four chapters should be 5 to 8 and the total number of chapters will be 21 for the second edition.

I understand this, but it's possibly better to include 'that' after 'confirm' to make it clearer. Also, a comma before 'and' will give a suitable pause before the final main clause.
