Please correct?

Could you please help me with the following , I need to send an e-mail with an updated report file , i have shared it on a shared drive and i need to let my team know that.

Regards"

Please help me with the structure of the e-mail , it has to be formal as well. Yesterday i shared the file but changes had to be implemented , and i am sharing the latest update and stored in on the shared drive.
