Please correct

Once when he was in his college he fell off a railway platform on the railway tracks, with a moving train less than five feet away. All the onlookers could see was a train passing over where a boy had fallen only moments ago. Everyone was so horrified, a girl even started throwing up. All they could imagine was a living human crushed into pulps. But when the train passed they saw him lying between the two lines apparently untouched by anything. He was extra-ordinarily lucky that no part of him was actually on any of the lines. But what was even more extra-ordinary was that after such a gut wrenching incident he got up from his position as if nothing had happened, there was hardly any expression on his face.He did not even acknowledge the onlookers by looking at them.
We never had any news of him since we graduated from college. Sometimes I think that  with that nerve he must have become a great secret agent.
