Please correct.

Hi,
I would like to request please carry forward some of my annual leaves to next year (at least/maximum a week), as I wanted to go back home India, but due to some unfortunate circumstances I can't go this year.

I don't want to waste all of my holidays and this year. Also I am going to India after 2 years, first time since I got married and moved to London, so I want to spend time as much as possible with my family. And the best possible time we (me and my husband) could go together was October or December, but due to my probation review I couldn't book my holidays earlier and time has already been booked by my team mates.

Even though I am entitled to 25 days of annual leave for 2015, but I don't want to lose all of them. However, 1 week to be carried over could serve as a necessary reserve.

I sincerely hope that my request on the above subject will be approved.
