Just to be sure..The context is two of my friends are going on a trip and one of my friend's wife is not going /they are not taking her to the trip.

So is the above sentence correct in that context ?

or shall i say "why xxxxx is not coming with you on the trip.

or why xxxxx is not joining with you on the trip

Why isn't she coming too?
Why aren't you taking her too?
Why isn't she coming along?

You used "to" the trip twice, even after it was corrected. It's ON a trip.

Please remember that capital letters are an important part of correct English.
