Don't tell me you're going to call and then not call.

Don't tell me you're going to call when you're not.

I'm not going to pay for one year when I only came 3 months.

  • Other then the small adjustments I made to the last sentence they are grammatically correct.
  • The "then" in the first sentence does not have to be there, but it is still fine if left alone.
