Dear Landlord,



FLAT NO – 309 – STUDIO – LS – TELAL 3 HAMRIYA - BUR



This letter will constitute written notice of my intention to vacate my apartment on 31st of January 2010, the end of my contract. Kindly do not renew my contract after the expiration and I will not responsibale for the new contract.Please recall that I made a security deposit of AED 2250 on 23rd Apr 09. I expect to receive that deposit refunded in full, since the apartment is in good condition.
