Hello, TamilGuy-- and welcome to English Forums.

Well, you sentence is not quite right, but I'm not sure what it means, so this correction may not be right either:

"Do you want to add [Object] into a/the new box?"

Thanks Mr. Micawber,

Here i try to get confirmation from customer before put reel into new box:

Do you want to add reel into the new box?  -- Is it right?

It's hard to figure out what the referents of "reel" and "box" might be, but it seems that you need:
Do you want to put a reel into the new box?
If you are really adding because there is already a reel in the box, maybe this is what you mean:
Do you want to add another reel to the (new) box?
