Please correct

All the shipping documents had been approval and already released SDR to us on 10 July.
However, the inspection is pending from yesterday due to the marking problem. We would 
resubmit the revised shipping document for your approval again. Thanks for your help

I don't know what SDR means, so I can't comment on whether that is correct or not, but the "released SDR to us" sounds odd. (It may be just fine within the context if others know what this means.)

I think you want "We WILL resubmit," and resubmit makes the again redundant.
