I would like to seek comments on the usage of “Arrange” for the following sentences.

  1. With a view to developing staff, I arranged technical and safety courses hosted by manufacturers and safety council for team members to enhance the related knowledge.
  2. With a view to developing staff, I arranged for team members to attend technical and safety courses hosted by manufacturers and the safety council to enhance the related knowledge.

arranged is fine.
