The internet has transformed the way information is shared and consumed, but it has also created problems that did not exist before.

What are the most serious problems associated with the internet and what solutions can you suggest?

In a continuously changing world, the internet has successfully proven its innovative roles in terms of transferring and utilizing data. However, moving online means that related issues that haven’t been witnessed can become more vivid and severe. This essay will first suggest that the internet is bringing troubles such as personal information exposure as well as human interaction deprivation and give some viable solution like choosing reliable websites and building public interest.

Surfing the internet might put people in the risks of losing their private information and it could also lessen their contact in real life. Undeniably, online sites nowadays, especially social media sites, require their users to insert important data: names, phone number, email address or even their location. These can then be collected by anonymous individuals or organizations whose purpose might be dangerous. Furthermore, as online forms of communication replace the regular ones, people tend to talk less, and surf more. Family gatherings is a clear example, due to appealing chat box in virtual games or enthusiastic group chats, the bond between family members is being diminished.

Although the above picture is rather alarming, there are still options available to tackle all these matters including wiser choice by user and government action with places for the public. Obviously, if internet users are aware of unexpected problems and manage to secure their information by using safe and reliable websites, for instance, twitter or snapchat, the consequence will be less detrimental. Moreover, by constructing more meaningful place of interest for the residents, local authority can not only encourage them to be more sociable but also make more connection within the society. For example, in Vietnam, since skate parks and calisthenic corners were built, more teenagers have quit sticking with their phones and started to join the dynamic pace there.

In conclusion, though internet is truly a revolution, it comes with tremendous obstacle like data loss and decline in human touch. There are still several solutions which are considering more secured websites and building more interesting places for the citizens. Eventually, internet can be looked at in a much more positive aspect.
