I have rented a car from 10 Apr, 2017 to 23 Apr, 2017 at Frankfurt am Main Airport.
After we back to home town, we check the credit card statement and found that your company charge EUR818.08 for the rental balance, there is EUR311.32 difference between the original balance (EUR506.76) showing on the e-Voucher. I knew that we had added some extra insurance while we pick up the car but I don't think that cost so much, so would you please send me a receipt with the breakdown of the total by return.
