Please comment sentence structure

The context: I sent email to company A about the work completion form, which is ready for endorsement. However, company A asked "certificate of completion of minor works" is missing. Then, I reply:

Thank you for the reminder. We will follow-up the certificate and keep you post.

It's "keep you posted". I do not know what you are trying to say with "follow up the certificate".
