Dear Sir,
This is a very nice experience to have car rental from your company.
During our trip, we found that there is a yellow signal on the panel, we have sent the car to Volkswagen service centre to check and they told me that this is a ADD BLUE refill signal, we have top up the ADD BLUE according to their advise.
We have reported to your company's staff Mr Brian when we return the car at the airport, he gave me this email to report and I would like to ask for a refund of the ADD BLUE charges.
Attached please find the ADD BLUE top up charges bill for your reference. Please refund the charges to my credit card as follows :
