Here is a preliminary copy of our invoice (no. TL2010035) in the amount of HKD33,900.00 for the works you requested.

According to your “Instruction to Commence Work” on June 5, 2020, we commenced the works on June 22, 2020, and the works had been completed on July 8, 2020. Could you please confirm an order at your early convenience?

Attached photos are for your review. If you are satisfied with the works, please sign off on the “Completion Report” and return by email. The invoice will be mailed to you.

The subject work had been completed on July 8, 2020 according to the Instruction to Commence Work.

Since the telephone with you on November 9, 2020, we have not received the Work Order Form of HKD 33,900.00 until today. Please advise.
