Dear Chung,1st email:Company A issued PO amendment after you sent the quotation for 1 year!  This is job 123456.  You have not yet saved it in the server.  So I put them in no. 7 - contractual document with client.2nd email:I have moved them to "no. 9 - variation order under 20.8.2021" instead of no. 7.

This sounds like one employee emailed to another regarding a customer's revised purchase order with the job order # 123456, Employee B has not saved the document in the correct folder/server, and employee A discovered the error and saved it in the appropriate folder.

Company A issued PO amendment . I gather it mean "a request to revise the PO"? The terminology you are using is not common in the US.

quotation for 1 year! The quote is effective / good for one year from the date issued.
