Please comment grammatical mistake

Subcontract this work with a lump sum HKD100,000.00 to company A (Ref: 12345) on 5 Jan 2021. Our profit is 5%.

But I think you wanted it as a record of something which was done in the past. In that case change the first word to "Subcontracted".
