Does it sounds grammatically correct or is there a better way to write this:

*
During the construction phase, I will assume an extra role of contract administrator besides continuing to act as your representative.
*

My task is to administer the project and to look after your interest under the contract while taking an impartial role in matters that require the exercise of my professional judgment.

*

Thanks in advance.
