Which ones are correct and What are the differences between them?

" (2) the location s of a house correct only if the house has yet to be built, and several prospective sites are under consideration (in which case they'd be called "prospective locations") Or perhaps we're trying to solve a kidnapping and we have a picture of the house where the victim is being held, but don't know where it is.
