Please ckeck my Unpaid leave letter
Dear Sir,
APPLICATION FOR UNPAID LEAVE 1 MONTHS
Refer above matter I would like to request unpaid leave for 1 month, start from 11 February 2010 till early March 2010 due my father health problem, my end of leave day will coming on 10 February 2010.
2. I was very affected the day I got the news from my other sibling that my father was in a very delicate condition in the intensive care unit (ICU), where he had an accident with motorcycle and 3 tone lorry on 21 January 2010 at 5:30 pm. Since now, my father condition still unconsciousness.
3. Because of her unstable medical condition, I needed to stay at home/hospital to take responsibility as an older brother in my family and check up her status from time to time to keep my sanity.
4. Lastly the full report from doctor about my father facing of now will submit soon, but here I attached confirmation letter that my father at ICU. Concern your employee hopefully my application will approved to give me opportunity to help cure my father disease. I am asking for your understanding regarding why I took a long leave. I know deep in your heart if you were in my shoes you would have done the same.
I submit my request for your favourable action.
