Please, check up these sentences.

As usual, I have some football-related sentences and I'm not sure I wrote them correctly. Please, help me. Thanks in advance.

1) FC NNNNN, previously called FC TTTTT, has joined the top division back in 2000.
2) FC NNNNN wish Oleksandr further success in his future career.
3) The 29-year-old had spent five years with the club. (Should I write "had spet" or "has spent"???)
