please check this sentence

Hi John,

User has request to add 'time out ' into the system, which mean, whose user have on 'idle'( user had left from PCs) in the system will out automatically logout.This is allow other user to access it. The time out setting is not less than 3 minutes.

is it possible to done this?

Hi John, The user has requested us to add 'time out' into the system , which means that the user who is on 'idle' ( the user has left the PC ) in the system will automatically be logged out. This would allow another user to access it. The time-out setting would be not less than 3 minutes.
