Sir/Madam,

I am Jonathan who is studying Business English in your school. Through this medium, I am expressing my disappointment about the change in the course.

I joined your school because of its attractive summer work placement programme. Though, there were many colleges which have the same course as yours, I enrolled in your college because no other colleges offer the work exerience like your college. But, now after hearing that the programme is discontinued, I am dismay and have to discontinue my course as it don’t serve my objective anymore.

Therefore, I request you to kindly refund the fee that I deposited for the course. I hope that you will understand my reason and consider upon it.
