Dear Sir or Madam,
I write this letter to give my opinion about the EuroDisney policy concerning the way their employees should be dressed. The EuroDisney dress code for their employees was criticized by the media. I don’t support the media criticism, because it will be damage the Eurodisney’s image.
Eurodisney has a family friendly image, which can be damaged when the female employees are wearing suspenders or fishnet stockings. The male staff has to shave of their mustaches and beards, because they are the face of Eurodisney. When they don’t care of themselves, they will chase the customers away.
I can’t imagine that the customers will be pleased when they are seeing employees are wearing tattoos or earrings. Eurodisney has designed an especially uniform for the employees to satisfy the customers.
The employees have just to accept the dress code and have to wear their uniforms. Take an example of a policeman, they have to wear their uniforms too. It’s just their work and has nothing to do with their personal liberty.
Yours Sincerely, Thallah
