Please explain any of your extracurricular activities or work experience.
From the beginning of my education at NIS, as the vast majority of students, I tried to participate in different activities like a choir and debate club. Until it, I had learnt playing piano and guitar at the musical school. Participating in the social life of my school, I became school president deputy, who was responsible for relations with society.
For the last 2 years, I was a member of expedition group, so I had opportunity to tour and discover other regions of our country.
In 2012, our school gave us a chance to make our world more colourful, brighter and joyful by starting new social project “Hurry up to do good!”, which are aimed at making the world kinder and where I became a main coordinator. According to this project, I and my team visited the rehabilitation center on twice a week teaching the English language and math to children with disabilities, looking after, playing and just spending time with them individually. Even though they have some problems with their health, they were very kind and childlike, they didn’t show any ugliness or hatred, their thirst for knowledge and attempts to learn more evoke a smile and pride on faces of our students and we felt good.
Thanks to this project I learned a lot of things and understood that everyone has to appreciate what they have, however you should not only understand but also give help to those who needs it.
Each child deserves a long and happy life, and I hope to help them.
