Letter Writing
Please check this English Proficiency Letter
I have to send this letter for HSMP as an evidence for english proficiency. Please tell me if it needs any updates.

To Whom It May Concern:
It is certified that Mr. MH served in ABC (Pvt.) Ltd. from 02.01.2001 till 01.03.06. ABC has some projects where some foreign bodies, UK based companies (APL Pvt. Ltd., GGP PLC.), Microsoft, World Bank etc, are involved. Delegates from these bodies often visit AOS to gather the updates regarding their concerned projects. Issues related to Business Process Reengineering, Process Automation and integration with other systems like NADRA Identity Card system also come under discussion. Mr. MH is responsible to entertain and demonstrate the technical issues and queries in English. Mr. Sheikh represented us at GITEX 2004 at Dubai.
Mr. MH has no difficulty while reading, writing, listening and speaking of English.
