Please check this.

I watched a video on grammar, in which the person used this sentence,"Can you let me know what time we are meeting". I usually say, "Can you let me know at what time we are meeting". Could someone tell me whether the second sentence with 'at' is wrong, if yes, why?

Where do you work at? or simply where at? instead of where?
