Is this sentence correct ?

Some beauties doesn't need any perfection ?

please tell which one is correct and why ..

Grammatically, the second sentence is correct, because the subject is plural, so the verb must be plural as well ( don't instead of doesn't ). And I assume you meant to write the sentences without the question-mark, so they wouldn't become questions. Semantically, though, the way you wrote what you're trying to say just doesn't sound good to me, and I believe it would sound very unnatural to many native English speakers...
