Hi,
Could you please check this? I want to correct parts that sounds odd or I haven't use proper word. I would appreciate help me to do this.
"We used Fluent for the simulation; Fluent is a pressure-based, implicit Reynolds Averaged Navier Stokes solver that employs a cell-centered finite volume scheme having second-order spatial accuracy. Defined model must be meshed into smaller parts. The shapes of smaller parts are very effective to have results close to real conditions. This software permits use of quadrilateral or hexahedron, triangular or tetrahedral and hybrid meshes. By meshing to smaller parts, outcomes become more accurate, but the time of simulation subsequently increases. In the SEMATECH BTU/Bruce LPCVD system, axial symmetry exists in structure of the body and wafers installed inside. Symmetric property helps reduce time of simulation, and accordingly, increases number of experiments."
