The cause paragraph:

There are many reasons why the crimes rate is increasing everywhere. Murderers can now be found everywhere. First, murderers don't get strict punishments. This can motivate them to commit more crimes. This can also motivate victim's families to seek revenge for the death of their relative. In the second place, getting angry rapidly could lead to committing crime. Some people could commit crimes for silly reasons when they get angry. This can raise the crimes rate and make societies unstable. Further, in wars, soldiers kill anyone who they consider their enemy. Also, during wars, many criminals exploit the instability of their societies to commit more crimes. The given evidences show that people everywhere commit murder for personal and external impulses.

The effect paragraph:

Resulted from the rapid development of industrial businesses, water pollution has many negative effects on our lives. In the first place, the chemical materials leaked from water could develop cancer inside the body of the person who drinks polluted water which could lead to the death of this person. Second, the disposal of factories waste immediately in the water could eliminate the aquatic life and kill fish. Thus, water pollution can deprive humans from a basic source of food and upset the natural balance. Further, water pollution can distort the nature and make water features look dirty. Moreover, water pollution can deprive humans from fresh water as many rivers and lakes are now polluted. There can be no doubt that water pollution has destructive effects on people.
