Please check these sentences..

1)The tears may imply frustration over the reality of international sports diplomacy which is run by money pouring and political calculations rather than thorough preparation and dedication



Is there any ungrammatical or unnatural expression? Can 'money pouring' refer to the activity that a country spend too much money to bid for a big games such as Oylmpic?

"...which is run by political calculation and massive injections of money..." or "...which is run by political calculation and money being haemorraghed " or "...which is run by political calculation and floods of money ..."
