please check these sentences.

00I think according to English speakers sentence 1 will be correct. Is sentence 2 wrong? If it is then I think it is because of putting 01i00to02i00 at the start of sentence. But why can't we use 01i00to02i00 at the start? There are many other sentences of this type.0-
