Please be informed that after re-investigation the case, we found that the rubbish was located within our purview and in this regard, we had ordered our worker to clear the rubbish on 12.12.2016. As regard the construction waste, we would reiterate that we are solely responsible for the vegetation maintenance at the at the location and the removal of those waste is beyond our responsibility.
