Please check the sentences.

A: If I had had a thousand dollars, I could have helped you.

B: If I had had a thousand dollars, I might have helped you.

C: If I had had a thousand dollars, may have helped you.

No. C is wrong. And even if you add the missing "I", it's still wrong. 'may' should only be used for present or future time. The sentence clearly refers to past time. (But some people would say that C is correct (if you add "I"). You may find that opinions differ on this.)
