I have five years working experience in design and implementation of M&E in development projects. In my recent position as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for GIZ, developing monitoring and impact indicators for project success, recommending further improvement for logical framework and participating in regular project reviews.

I have extensive knowledge of MS office & SPSS programs, data collection, quality assurance, processing and statistical analysis. My experience includes monitoring design projects, training new staff and coordinating with the staff and different departments handling each project to ensure all phases of the plan are going according to schedule.

My educational background as well as the below skills and experience during last twelve years through which I have hands on experience in project monitoring, supervision and implementing, making me an ideal candidate for this position. So I think myself fit for this position.

• Familiarity and experience with project management concepts (Logical Frameworks)

• Skill of data analysis and data management system

• Experience and knowledge in field Survey and PRA

• Ability to prepare regularly used documents and reports

• Skill in publisher (printing - Quarter newsletter and Annual Report, Training Module)

• Good facilitation and presentation skills

• Experience liaises with local leaders, Govt. officers, partner organizations and stakeholders

• Good communication and report writing skills both Bangla and English

• Excellent analytical and critical assessment skill

• Ability to travel and undertake fieldwork in rural contexts
