Please check the sentence

I beg to state that I am ……, saving account number ……………., Jessore branch, I regret to inform you that I lost the password of ATM Card No 12222222. I applied for new ATM password in Uttara Branch, Dhaka on June 12, 2012. They told me to contact with you two weeks later. Now I am living in Uttara, Dhaka and at present it is not possible for me to collect it from Jessore Branch because of my daughter is only one month. So it will be better for me if you send it to Uttara Branch.
