1.Currently working in art creation.
(assuming this is for a cv or job application - it is note form and would need a verb in most cases, e.g. "I am ..."

2.Also doing new changes/enhancements which had/was already done.
There are too many words here, and they dont fit together very well. I cannot guess what is it you want to do - so you need to tell us more about what you want this sentecne to achieve.

3.Sent the documents for further clarification.
Again this could be note form, and you just need to add a pronoun:
I sent...
or she sent...

or it could be an instruction, in which case you need to change the verb ending,
"SenD the documents"

4.I am done with the requirements which you have been send/sent.
I have finished with the requirements which you have been sent.
("Am done" might be OK if you are writing to Americans, we dont use it in Britain)

5.Please meet to discuss today's work and also the coming months programme/schedule.
I've added an apostrophe and changed spelling of coming - the words at the end are quite synonymous, so you can choose!
