Please, check the correctness of the text. Thank you.

1.Since when and in what capacity have you
known the applicant?

Kamran was my student in 2009, when he was at the bachelor’s step. I was teaching “Corporate finance” to him. Also, in 2014 “Problems of financial sustainability of Critical Enterprises” at a master’s step.

2.How does the applicant stand out in academic and personal terms and how would you assess his/her potential?

He always friendly, tolerant, shows respect to everybody, easy gels with people. In terms of his academic potential Kamran is very active person who always displays perseverance to achieve a positive result. He was selected by University to present Finance department at the 17th International Conference of Young Scientists and Economists with his presentation and report in St. Petersburg, Russia. He did well! Also, my colleague, Elnur Sadigov (Doctor of Economics and prof. of the Finance department), was supervisor of the group. He spoke highly about Kamran, as he was helping during the trip by preparing the tickets, gathered information about the hotel and sent all the necessary information to other participants from university.

3. How would you assess the preparation, feasibility, relevance and schedule of the project in question?

On the seminars his presentations always were distinct from others by well worked details, regardless of the set deadlines. Moreover, he always used non-trivial examples in the presentations, which made them enthralling.

4. Of what significance is the aspired scholarship to the applicant's academic and professional career and/or to his/her home institution?

As far back as on a bachelor's degree Kamran has been showing interest in continuing his studying abroad, and considered it necessary experience for becoming a good specialist. I fully agree with him. Getting a grant will free him from possible financial difficulties in the future, that will present him the opportunity to concentrate better in gaining practical knowledge and use of experience already gained in the homeland.

5. Additional information that could be of importance to the scholarship award decision:

Kamran was honored to present Azerbaijan State University of Economics on the 17th International Conference of Young Scientists and Economists in 2011 in St. Petersburg, Russia because he demonstrated an activity and initiative. My colleagues from University always was talking of Kamran as of a polite and a smart person. He also was a volunteer for a long period of time in University.

Yes, my teacher doesn't know English at all.
That's why I was obliged to translate it myself.
I feel shame that I made so many stupid mistakes.
