Please check the correctness
Regarding to the minimum charges debited in to the attached account details, very disappointing fact that we haven’t informed anything about the charges before you debiting my account.
This account is opened on 01.02.2015 with zero balance and first deposit credited on 05.05.2016, during this period this account was idle. You have started charging for the minimum balance after this transaction without any intimation to the account holder. Even we are not aware about the maintaining minimum balance in this account. Attached statement of account for the account details.
Kindly request you to review and waive the charges debited to this account.
