Please check the correctness

I would like to inform you that my tenancy contract will expire on October 17th 2016.
Unfortunately, I am not intending to renew my contract for next year as I am sending my family to home country due to some problems in my current job.
As a special case can you please grand us 13 days more to vacate the apartment. So by that time I would get time to clear all my personal commitments.
Then I will leave the apartment by 30th October.

Please consider this as my final confirmation and please let me know the final procedures to close the tenancy agreement.
