It is very disappointing to know that despite several reminders I haven’t received a appropriate reply regarding my application. I have clearly mentioned in my application about the required plan for my mobile. But unfortunately wrong package has been activated to my number. Therefore kindly activate the requested plan to my mobile as soon as possible. We never expects this kind of treatment from you and I will take this matter with higher management if I get same response from you regarding this matter.
