Please check the correctness
Dear Sir,
As you aware that I was been in a medical treatment on last month from my home country.
After my treatment I have submitted my sick leave to HR department. But unfortunately 6 days has been rejected by HR due to missing of proper medical details attachment from hospital.
Therefore I kindly request you to deduct this 6 days (24.10.2015 -29.10.2015) from my next year annual leave instead of treating as unpaid leave.
Your kind consideration will be highly appreciated.
