Please Check the correctness

It is very disappointing to know that despite several correspondence made between you and me regarding the Minimum Balance Charge on my account.
You haven’t given any proper explanation on this matter and even I was getting replies after sending several reminders.
I haven’t received any single reply from my branch office which was the worst part of this correspondence (May I know the role of Branch manger..?)
I understand from your reply that you have charged me due to non-keeping of minimal amount in my account.
As a bank, you should have inform me before you debit the charges since I was not aware about this rules.
Since 6 years I am holding this account with you and this is the 1st time I am facing minimal balance issue.
As a customer , we are not expecting this kind of treatment from such a big banks like you.
Any how I really dissatisfied with your this action and I would like to withdraw my account from your bank. So I will directly deal with my branch office for the account closure.
I will highlight this matter to higher level management since they should know how their Help desk/ Branches treating their customers.

I would say "I was even" instead of "even I was". I'm not sure if "even I was" is correct you should have inform ed me these rules Since 6 years ago from such a big banks
