Please check the correctness

I hope you are aware that a previous tenant installed carpet in the flat (Both Rooms & Hall).
Seems it will be a big challenge for me to maintain Carpet properly since I have a playing kid.
Hence I will be in trouble to drain the carpet If it gets wet due to my daughter pouring water, etc.

So I would request you to change at least carpet from Hall and renovate with tiles.
I hope you can understand my situation properly.

Please note I will be travelling Today for 2 weeks. Will be back on Aug 24.
So request you to make it ready my flat before my arrival.
